Jacob K Curtis DO

Dr. Jacob K. Curtis joined the Grand Peaks Medical Team in June 2016. Prior to joining Grand Peaks, Dr. Curtis provided Family Medicine and Obstetrics in Preston, Idaho for 8 years. He comes highly trained and experienced  in Family Medicine as well as Obstetrics.  Dr. Jacob K. Curtis provides an extensive variety of primary care procedures with a focus and advanced training in Obstetrics. He has delivered well over 1,000 babies thus far in his career.  He is excited to contribute to the excellent care already being provided in the community.

Originally from Teton Valley, Dr. Curtis and his wife Jamie are excited to come back to Rexburg where they first met nearly 20 years ago. He and his wife have 5 daughters. As a family they enjoy boating, wake boarding, camping, snowboarding, and doing things together at home. They have also enjoyed being actively involved in the community where they came from and look forward to doing the same here. Dr. Curtis and his family are looking forward to making Rexburg their long term home.
