Zackery Cleverley PAC
Zackery was born and raised in Sugar City, Idaho. After graduating from Sugar-Salem High School, he attended Brigham Young University Idaho where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. During his education at BYU-Idaho he tutored kinesiology courses and worked as a lab assistant for the anatomy and physiology courses. He then attended physician assistant school at Northern Arizona University in Phoenix Arizona where he earned his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2017.
He successfully completed the Physician Assistant National Certification Exam and was board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
During his PA training he completed his first orthopedic rotation in Queen Creek, Arizona and his second orthopedic rotation was completed here at Upper Valley Orthopedics where he is happy to be building his career.
Zackery’s personal interests include spending time with his wife and family, woodworking, motorsports, snowboarding and enjoying Idaho’s great outdoors.
