We are very excited to announce that Monica Lesley, BSN, RN, has accepted the position of Director of Nursing for our Family Maternity Center.
Monica has extensive experience in OB Nursing including the roles of Labor & Delivery Nurse, High Risk OB Nurse Coordinator, Nursing Director of Obstetrics in Texas and Jackson, Wyoming. She received her nursing education from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and has had the opportunity to work for several phenomenal hospitals.
She has been a Nurse for over 20 years and brings with her a passion for Women’s Health and supporting the interdisciplinary collaboration that occurs in the complex and comprehensive services involved in the caring for Women and Newborns.
Monica states that “she and her husband are excited to be back in the mountains. We have 4 children between us and 6 glorious grand babies. We enjoy hiking, biking, and traveling just to name a few things”.
Monica will start in late October and is excited to work side by side our nurses and providers on FMC and leaders throughout our organization. Please join us in welcoming Monica to Madisonhealth!
