We are super excited to announce that Tera Bybee MSN, RN has accepted the position of Nursing Director for our Behavioral Health Unit. Tera has been a Registered Nurse for 20 years with a background in Cardiac progressive care, Emergency, Surgical and Education Services as staff nurse and nursing leader. She received a Masters in Nursing Education and taught nursing for 8 years prior to getting back into hospital leadership where she loves to guide and build teams. She comes to us from Bingham Healthcare where she has served as Director of Education.
Tera states that she is “a proud, busy mother of 4 amazing children with an incredible husband by my side. The kids keep me busy and I treasure the time I spend with my family. When I get the chance I love traveling, exercising, and being outdoors. My greatest goal is to be a positive influence and to make a difference in people’s lives. I’m excited for the new adventure that lies ahead and to be a part of Madisonhealth”. She will be joining us in mid-November.
